cost?
Interpretation On Demand offers a flat rate for all languages, no matter when you call.
Whether you need a Vietnamese interpreter at 2:00 AM or a Spanish interpreter at 8:00 PM on Easter, you pay the same rate.

How do you access our Interpretation On Demand service?
1. Call our toll-free number: 1-888-338-5114.
2. When the operator answers, give your organization's name,
your customer code and the language you need.
3. Give your name and phone number.
4. The operator will connect you immediately to an interpreter.
How long does it take to connect to an interpreter?
On average, you connect to an interpreter in less than 45 seconds!
How do I get charged?
Each month you will be billed for just those minutes of interpretation time you used.
